停训2个月以后,目前半个月恢复游泳共7次,大概功力恢复了7成。
前几次一直穿Roka drag suit,今天换了正常jammer以后发现区别还挺大,Roka drag
suit差不多100y慢5秒左右。以前穿speedo和tyr的drag suit, 没有发现有这么大区别
